Cancellation Policy

The  trip  cancellation  policy  would  be  applicable  as  follows:

Normal Cancellation Charge                     =    25 % of the  Total Tour Cost

30 days prior to arrival in KTM                 =    45 % of the tour cost.

15 days prior to arrival in KTM                 =    50 % of the tour cost.

07 days prior to arrival in KTM                 =    70 % of the tour cost.

06 days or less prior to arrival in KTM    =    100 %   OR    No   refunds.

There  will  be  no exception for  any  reasons  therefore we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance at the time of trip booking , along with your  Travel and Medical insurances .
