COMPANY LIABILITY We at Lotus Himalaya Tours & Treks (L.H.T.T.), ensure you the entire services that are mentioned in our Tour / Trekking / Expedition program provided to you. The day to day tour activities and ultimate goal of the tour is taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation.
-- However, it is in the nature of a holiday trip of this kind to be flexible and we shall not be responsible for alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to flight delays or cancellations (international or domestic), sickness, poor weather conditions, earthquakes, strikes, political disturbances & war, closures and disputes and other unseen reasons. The cancellation cost if arises if any, will not be borne by us.
-- In such condition the client will have to bear extra cost on their own for the extra days as per the option chosen on per day basis in concerning tour destinations.
The vacation trip that the travellers would purchase with us at L.H.T.T. shall cover the cost of entire activities included in a concerning Holiday packages & Adventure trip (Mountaineering, High Altitude Base Camp Trekking etc.).
-- Further, there would be no refunds in case any part Or the whole of the package activities are not utilized by the travellers due to their personal circumstances (such as sickness & a dispute with group members, landslides, strikes, poor weather conditions, earthquakes, war, political disturbances, closures, disputes, flight delays (international or domestic) or cancellations, and other unseen reasons).
-- We strongly advise you to carry a good travel, medical & rescue insurance that covers the cost of the vacation trip.
The Adventurous Trip Booking (such as Mountaineering, High Altitude Base Camp Trekking Trip, Intercity Excursions and Paragliding, Bungee jump etc.) with us by our clients is accepted and will be booked for the travellers on the understanding that the travellers realize the potential risks involved in such leisure activities.
-- Hence, the operator (L.H.T.T.) and it’s counterparts, stakeholders can’t be held responsible for any hazards & situations beyond the control of ours such as altitude sickness, poor physical immunity level of a traveller, landslides, flooding, accidents, mishaps & death etc. The operator & its associates would not be liable to pay any kind of compensations arising because of any mishap, sickness, death, accidents etc.
